This project entailed the installation of a railcar rotary dumper facility for an industrial waste site, optimizing waste disposal efficiency. The rotary dumper, housed on concrete piers, swiftly empties railcars by rotating them upside down onto a concrete floor. Key components included 5,600 cubic yards of concrete, 165 tons of structural steel, 32,000 square feet of insulated metal panel siding and roofing, one mile of process piping, compressed air systems, water cannons for railcar cleaning, electrical systems, overhead cranes, and Rotary Dumper installation.
